EUS-1000 test fixture is designed to perform repair tests for various types of EUIs and EUPs of all major brands on the market by FIEs and engine manufacturers, including:Bosch, DELPHI, Cummins, CAT, Mercedes Benz, Detroit Diesel, MTU, Freightliner, Volvo, Scania, Iveco, DAF, Landrover, Renault, Deutz, Volkswangan.

Function

The fixture is carefully designed to make the system simple and easy to use.  The EUS-1000 package includes one electronic controller (EU-1000), one mechanical cam box (CB-1000), four camshafts with different lifts, which are all designed as constant velocities due to our expertise, and specified EUI/EUP adapter kits to test all EUIs and EUPs. The cam box is designed to be driven by a standard high pressure fuel injection pump test bench.

      Feed back controlled and modulated driving current signal to ensure proper fuel injection of

      EUI/EUP, regardless of its solenoid characteristics

      User adjustable start of injection (SOI) angle and pulse width of solenoid driving signal

      Short circuit protection for the output circuitry of the solenoid driving signal
