EUI/EUP Cambox Fixture for test bench

EUS-1001 cambox fixture can be used on a test bench, it is designed to perform repair tests for various types of EUIs and EUPs of all major brands on the market by FIEs and engine manufacturers, including:

Bosch, DELPHI, Cummins, CAT, Mercedes Benz, Detroit Diesel, MTU, Freightliner, Volvo, Scania, Iveco, DAF, Landrover, Renault, Deutz, Volkswangan.

The fixture is carefully designed to make the system simple and easy to use.  The EUS-1001 package includes one electronic controller (EU-1001), one mechanical cam box (CB-1000), four camshafts with different lifts, which are all designed as constant velocities due to our expertise, and specified EUI/EUP adapter kits to test all EUIs and EUPs. The cam box is designed to be driven by a standard high pressure fuel injection pump test bench.

Design Features
    

• One cambox for all major EUI/EUP models with corresponding adapter and camshaft
• Cambox mounting height 125mm (from the center of camshaft to bench mounting platform) for Bosch type pump test bench
• Controller is designed for three kinds of drive mode:
  • Low voltage for most battery voltage driven EUI/EUP;
  • High voltage for Cat EUI;
  • Cumming Celect EUI;
• Engine standard cam lobe designs
  • Four levels of cam lift.
  • Constant velocity cam lobe to generate higher injection pressure, 3 times higher than cheap eccentric cams
