1).How to make the design effective?

C:If you don't have a final design neither similar pictures, don't worry, we will provide you some suggestion to choose and we are sure that we can provide you the best service.

2). What is the "Design Fee"?

"Design Fee" is prepaid before we start designing the mobile phone cases kiosk as your customized request. It is usually $200-$500 according to your kiosk SIZE and it is just an symbol for both of us to show our mutual trust. Please rest assured that we will refund it to you when the order is confirmed.

3).How to know the production process?

We will take pictures everyday, so it is a daily record for your order. If you want to know your order production details you can ask us to take photos or take video.

4). How is the shipment?

Usually 2-3 days before we finish production, we will inform you to arrange the rest 50% payment and we will arrange the shipment after we receive the money.

5). How about delivery?

We will present you all the original shipping documents via express. And you can take the delivery with the shipping doucument after you clear custom.
