It applies to all kinds of screen printing machine.

3. Use Method of Silk Screen Tranfer Ink

In normal condition, use the ink on screen printer directly. The chemical for normal screen printing can be available to adjust the ink attribution. First print image on paper by screen printer, then transfer the image from paper to fabric or other materials by heat transfer press.

4. Available paper

80-120g wood pulp paper or kraft paper.

5. Printed materials

Fabric (all kinds of synthetic fabrics), mug, plate, metal, wood, ceramic, and etc.

S804- CMYK

7. Product Feature

Water based; ink granule is 15 um;120-300 DPI, 1kg ink can print 80-100 square. It can print at least 3-5 times. (If 120 mesh, can print more than 8 times. If 300 mesh, ca print more than 5 times).

8. Attention

(1) The color on paper and the color on fabric are different.

(2) When print the paper, the design should be mirror image. It means the image on paper is reverse, but after transfer on fabric, the image will be right.

9. Transfer parameters

For other materials, please refer to the above table. Mug, metal, ceramic, cotton needs sublimation coating before transferring.
