Mirror silver ink:

1, Scope: mirror ink for glass, transparent plastic (hardening PC, PVC, PET, PMMA, etc.)  2, Thinner: To ensure the mirror ink printability, high brightness mirror effect and to prevent damage to the surface of the substrate solvent, use the mirror ink thinner.  3, mirror ink alone can ensure high adhesion adhesion to substrates, but in order to improve the gloss and resistance against abrasion, be sure to use the ink gland.  4, squeegee hardness :70-80 degrees is appropriate, another angle of 60-70 degrees is best.  5, Screen: 80T-120T (200-300 mesh) screen.  6, dry conditions: (based on different substrates mirror ink varies)  Glass dried 150 °C, 15 min. Hard plastic (PC, PET, PMMA, etc.) 80 °C, 30 min. For the latter without hard plastic needed to be presented before the mirror effect is completely heated.

  Characteristics of ink:

1, the mirror ink can pass the salt spray, pH, temperature, humidity, thermal cycling, and resistance measurements, such as ring ultrasonic cleaning.  2, the mirror ink has excellent adhesion and good resistance to stamping performance, while providing excellent resistance to boiling water resistance.  3, the mirror can get past the metal ink color ink can not see with a shiny mirror effect.  4, the mirror ink vapor etching to produce the same effect of the sheet by printing, where necessary specular gloss can be printed, can be used in a wider range of printing applications.  5, the mirror surface has the same effect of ink with gold foil, hot stamping foil can be replaced.
