After-sales service:

1.Guarantee time: 12 months for quality guarantee.

2.During the 12month warranty time, we will be responsible for any damage happened to the display because of the quality fault, not wrong operation or physical damage. As long as we confirmed that the damage is not caused by manual operation fault, we will deliver the new parts to you by air in 3 days for replacement. If the problem become persist, we will assign our engineers, they will speak and write in English for you, but it’s on your own cost to help you to resolve all flows.

3. After 12 months, full support for 1 years in sense of coordination for purchase of parts and accessories at best availed price.

4.After 24 month, you will also be offered the parts for replacement at best market price.

5.Before delivery, we will test the display, and keep it light up for 72 hours, and confirm all parts of the display are Ok for delivery. We will run special tests to ensure the color of display, the intensity, brightness, lumen, kit are all good.

6.We warmly welcome you and your engineers to our factory for inspection.

7.About the quality control, we won’t arrange the delivery until you confirmed the quality of display have been according to your standard.

8. After sales, if you have any questions about the products, you can ask by mail or call any time, and we will reply you in 12 hours after get your E-mail or call, and offer a perfect solution for your problem. And we will dispatch an engineer to your destination if it is necessary.
