Principle

Vacuum drying is a process in which materials are dried in a reduced pressure environment, which lowers the heat needed for rapid drying. It does not take place in a true vacuum, despite the name. Devices used for this process are known as vacuum driers, and can vary in size from small units designed to fit on kitchen counters to massive rooms which are used to handle things like timber products.
Drying involves reducing the moisture in an object, and is done in environments where the air is drier than the object being dried, which encourages moisture to evaporate out. This is often accomplished with heat to reduce the humidity of the air, but in a vacuum drier, the temperature does not need to be as high, and the drying is often faster. It's also possible to achieve a very high level of dryness, which may be desirable in some cases.

Note: if use condenser, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If the solvent is water, condenser might be canceled and the investment and energy could be saved.

It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose or polymerize or deteriorate at high   temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.

Feature

1.Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation efficiency higher. Therefore for a certain amount of heat transfer, the conducting area of dryer can be saved.

2.The heat source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam. The heat loss is less.

3.Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.

4.It belongs to static dryer. So the shape of raw material to be dried should not be destroyed.

YES The electronic systems and their safety should comply with the requirements set forth in 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP Annex 11; The data should be collected at appropriate time intervals and stored in the system in a fixed format that can be printed out/read;

Access to all input and output values should be provided by entering the user personal code and password. The system should ensure three-level access (Administrator-Supervisor-Operator). A detailed description of the access rights for each level should be included to the equipment functional specification (FS);

7.Is the machine easy to performance update?
