Application:

This machine can be used in separating magnetic materials, enriching and recovering magnetic minerals in pulp or eliminating magnetic impurities in other kinds of suspensions.

Patent Technological Innovations:

1. Magnetic disk is semicircle ring magnetic structure and collecting trough / shell is hermetically sealed. The bottom of collecting trough is immersed in pulp tank and absorbing magnetic materials through continuous rotation.

2. There are medium intensity magnetic field area, low intensity magnetic field area and no magnetic field area, materials are absorbed in magnetic areas and discharged in non-magnetic areas.

3. There are multi-group opposite poles in alternation ranking, magnetic materials are rolling along with the rotation of collecting trough, washed and deslimed, which making recovered materials with higher purity and recovery than the normal tailing reclaimers.

4. There are radial guide plates at both ends of collecting trough, reducing the moving back and skip of magnetic  materials. Agitation blocks stirring pulp and preventing material deposition.

5. Drive system with rational construction, sealed well and adjustable rotative speed.
