Applicatiton:

It mainly used for recycling rubbish such as wasted copper, aluminum, cable, aluminum stuff, wasted auto spare part ,non-ferrous metal scrap, dross for printing ,broken glass contains non-ferrous .electronic wastes etc.

Feature:

1) With 32 poles, the magnetic intensity is 3000~3500Gs.

2) Speed of the adjustable rotor is 0~2900r/min, belt speed is 0~2m/s and best feed size is 5mm~120mm.

3) G01 national standard for balancing of rotor.

4) Covering with FRP, the drum can work efficiently..

5) To prevent the dropping of magnets, we screw all the magnets that are covered and protected by stainless steel (0.5mm thickness).

6) The accessories are from the creditable supplier such as SKF, NORD, SEW. 

7) Control cabinet: using importing brand of electric parts: Mitsubishi-inverter & Schneider-electrical part.

8) Oil-cooling system

9) Equipped with vibratory feeders to feed material evenly.

10)To remove the iron before feeding to eddy current separator, we suggest to use our magnetic drum.

11) Wearing parts: belt, fiber reinforced plastic pipe, coupling, material distribution plate. We should be regularly cleaning and maintain the machine. Prolong its service life
