Application:

To eliminate the ferric materials from the coal on the coal-transporting dock, so that charcoal with enhanced grade can be produced.

Structure:

Consist of shell, superconducting magnet, cooling system, ACS (automatic control system) and suspension device.

The Features:

The magnetic field intensity can reach 5.5T to remove the iron or ferrous impurities from the deep coal layers. With high magnetic force, deep magnetic effective depth, light weight, low energy consumption, reliable operation, environment protection.

The main technical index for superconducting magnetic separator, which is studied and developed by Shandong Huate Magnet Technology Co., Ltd and Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) of Chinese Academy of Sciences, has reached to international leading level and also filled domestic blank. This equipment will break the block that all relative equipments are imported from the USA for these years.
