1. This production line are consist of the following THREE machines:
– Fully Automatic Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine,
– Automatic Log Saw Cutting Machine,
– Semi-Automatic Multi Toilet Rolls Packing Machine.

2. This machine is used for making toilet paper roll and kitchen towel paper ( with additional lamination unit). Adopts international advanced PLC program controlling technique.

3. Automatic core feeding system. It can pushing the log after rewinding automatically and then rewinding the new log again within one minute.

4. Automatic edge-trimming,glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail for easily used, reducing shortcut waste abnd save the cost.

5. Adopts 4 pieces high precision spiral blade, Low noise and clear perforation.

6. Two horizontal type back stands, Pneumatic loading system with wide driving flat belts. Each jumbo rolls can be adjusted independently.

7. Adopts jogging switched for wearing the paper, easy and safe to operate.

8. Flexography printing can be specified by cutomers. Accurate color register and pattern is clear.
