2.What can I do if we only have an idea but without a detailed picture or artwork for my products?

4.What kind of shipment means do you use?

We generally use express, like Fedex, DHL, UPS. As we all know, the fedex is sometimes cheaper, DHL is faster, while the UPS has very good service and good ability to declare custom.

So it depends on your situation!

5.How about the payment?

We usually use T/T, 30% in advance, 70% before delivery. But if we have other idea, we could have a negotiation!
