1.How to get a quotation?
  Please kindly advise the material, color, size,usage, .etc and send your email to us or talk to our staff via trade manager.

2.Can we get a sample?
  yes, indeed. But you should pay for the sample and take the shipment fee. We will refund the charge after you placed an order

3.I want to make the packaging box as our design, can you do it as our requirement ?
  Absolutely we can do it as your design. But you should provide the necessary information (material, size, printing, finishing,shape and so on.)

4.I prefer to shipping the products by DHL express, will you do that for me?
  Yes, we will shipping the products as your request. Please kindly note that normally we send via HK DHL. We will inform you the tracking number within 3 days. The delivery time is 3-7days from the day we give you the tracking number.

5. What is the payment terms?
   We can accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal and L/C. 30% Deposit before Production, 70% Balance before shipment.
