Bo’ao factory supply cultured stone wall is manufactured to meet or exceed specifications for all major building code approval. Independent testing confirms compliance with GB/T and JC/T 908 standards for stone veneer.

TESTINGS:

--Appearance 

Visual inspection according to the standard sample. Color testing is in accordance with GB/T1865.

--Water absorption

In accordance with GB/T9966.3.

--Flexural strength

In accordance with GB/T3810.4, test 10 pieces, sample 160*40*20(mm).

--Resistance to freezing and thawing

5 pieces, soak for 24h, then put them into the cryogenic box with the temperature -15℃±2℃; then put them into the water of 10℃ for 2h. Recycle the process for 50 times.

--Resistance to artificial aging

In accordance with GB/T1856 and test for 250h.

--Volume density

In accordance with GB/T9966.3.

--Resistance to chemical corrosion 

In accordance with GB/T3810.13, Low concentration acid solution test.

--Radioactivity

In accordance with GB/T655, internal exposure index less than 0.6Bq/Kg, external exposure index less than 0.8Bq/Kg.
