QUBO Cuttings Absorber is used for cutting and shearing working station behind furnace, automatically absorbing cuttings of parts, so as to avoid cuttings falling on PCB plate and affecting product quality and 5S. 

I. Materials 

1. Internal parts of machine adopt high-filtering ratio F8 filtering elements. 

2. Air connecting joint is copper pipe. 

3. Upper over and equipment body use seal ring. 

4. Equipment body and upper cover uses # 45 steel plate with spray painting treatment. 

5. Adopt special silicone tube (High-temperature resisting and not easily wrinkles-ocurring)

1. Each device can be equipped with 4-6 pipelines, each 2-m in length, with 4-6 cutting pliers.
