Hydraulic dock leveler DC 005
The dock leveler is designed and manufactured aiming at overcoming the above situations and can flexibly connect the platform and the truck, so that the handling vehicles can smoothly pass in and out of the truck to load and unload the cargos, improve the loading and unloading efficiency and strengthen the security of operators and goods, so it is the necessary loading and unloading equipment for modern logistics warehouses and factories
· The hydraulic system adopts Italian products and has excellent performances and quality assurance.
· The unique “streamline” open hinge joint design increases 270% of welding position than tubular joint and has longer service life and convenient maintenance.
· The uniquely designed “H” type steel frame can equally bear pressure, reduces the torsion and is more firm and durable than other channel steel and structures.
· It is more safe and reliable when using the brace rod to support the leveler during maintenance and cleaning.
· The front end of the supporting leg base adopts open design, so the base is convenient and rapid to clean the sundries.

4,The lengths, widths and bearings can be randomly combined. The customers can customize dock levelers of special models according to situations of platforms and vehicles. If the platform accords with the height standard, 6 feet*8 feet, the bearing 10T is the most common model.
