Resolution Method

The machine will not start

l The power source is not connected

l Check the power source or 

the power source plug

l Low inlet water pressure or no water 

l Check the inlet water pressure

l Low -pressure switch failure,cannot 

connect the power source 

l After connecting the inlet water,

 measure the resistance, replace

l High-pressure switch cannot be restored 

l After letting off the pressure ,

 measure the resistance, replace

l Transformer is burned out

l Measure the output voltage,replace 

The high pressure pump

 is working properly,but no 

water is being produced

l High-pressure pump has lost pressure 

l Measure the water pump pressure, replace

l Inlet water solenoid valve is faulty, 

no water can get in(no pure water)

l Replace the solenoid valve

l A pre-filter is blocked

l Observe the pure water and waste 

water, replace the pre-filter

l Flushing solenoid valve is faulty,cannot 

effectively close(stays in a state of

 flushing, lots of waste water)

l Measure waste water flow,

 replace the flushing solenoid valve 

l Non return valve is blocked

 (waste water,no pure water)

l Replace the non return valve

l The RO Membrane is plugged

l Clean or replace the RO Membrane

The storage tank is full butno

 pure water is flowing out

l Storage tank doesn’t have enough pressure 

l Inflate the storage bucket, 

empty tank pressure should 

be between 0.05 and 0.07MPa

l Post-activated carbon filter is plugged

l Replace the post-activated carbon filter

l High pressure pump pressure is not reaching

 0.3MPa, the storage tank internal pressure 

cannot reach the set high pressure

l Measure the pressure from the 

waterpressure pump,replace

The machine is turned

off but waste water 

has not stopped

l Inlet solenoid valve failed; cannot effectively

 cut off the water supply

l Observe the waste water,

 replace the inlet solenoid valve

l Non return valve has lost pressure

(small waste water flow rate)

l Replace the non return valve

After the machine is filled 'with water,the machine

 starts repeatedly

l Non return valve has lost pressure

l Replace the non return valve

l High-pressure switch failure

l Replace the high pressure switch

l System is exhibiting a loss of pressure

l After checking the non return 

valve ,check whether there is 

water leakage in the pipelines

The pure water flow is

 small or not flowing 

l Pre-filter is plugged

l Replace the pre-filter

l RO membrane is plugged

l Wash or replace the RO membrane

l Inlet solenoid valve is plugged

l Replace the inlet solenoid valve

l Non return valve is plugged

l Replace the non return valve

l Post-carbon filter is plugged

l Replace the post-carbon filter

l High pressure pump pressure is not enough

l Measure the high pressure

 pump water pressure, replace
