45 degree pipe elbow

DX-series, a quick assembled series for ventilation ducts, is with double metal sheets and fitted insulated
material inside. the other features of this series are almost similar to those of X-series.

assembly instruction:

1. make sure the ducts and duct fittings are all excellent without damage, before use them. and check them if
the angle of cutting is correct or not, deburring as well.
2. slip the inner shell of the double wall fitting into the inner shell of this double wall spiral duct. use
the inner shell extension to aid in guiding the outer shells together.
3. slip the outer shell of the double wall fittings into the outer shell of the double wall spiral duct up
to the bead. slightly roatting the fitting makes insertion easier.
4. fasten the duct and fitting together with self tapping sheet metal screws or rivets.

1. both of sheets are galvanized
2.the thickness of insulation: 25mm or50mm
3.density: 24kg/m3 as standard, can be changed as well
