Features:

1.Specially made of imported excellent tool steel,the cutter is very durable.Its installment is adjustable and it can be sharpened for many times when becoming blunt,so it can be repeatedly used for a very long time.

2.The cutter stand is designed as a step-shearing style.which can resolve the force bored by the cuttings.And increase the force of cuttings by folds.

3.The cutter stand is made of T7 quality steel,which has moderate hardness and softness to avoid any breakage or wear-and-tear.Even screws used to fasten the stand are made of high-strength steel(8.8)

4.Main body of the machines is made of A3T quality structural steel,which attributes greatly to such a stable performance of the machine that it won't be affected by broken stuff enen after a long time of using.

5.The axis bore of the main body and the two ends of the machine are of once-through process by the high -precision jig boring mahine.To ensure that the concentricity and the verticality errors are not more than 0.05mm.Each part of the machine has datum bores and planes to proceed both rough and fine flow process,so they have high interchangeability and precision.

6.It is equipped with heavy-loading bearing and a double-sealed crushing ehamber.The clearance between two coording cuttings is less than 0.55mm to prevent crushed powder from leaking into the bottom of the bearing stand, which will over-burden the motor.Therfore,it helps to shoot the major trouble of the crushing machine.

7.The front and back parts of the crushing chamber are double soundproof and the intermedia is also stuffed with soundproof material.Which can reduce the noise to a very tow extent.

8.The machine is designed to be disassembled and its discharging dipper main frame and the stand of filiter net are all fixed as per datum bores.So it is very easy to disassemble and clean.It is also equipped with a washing chamber and a protection brake for catter adjustment to ensure safety while cleaning or adjusting.

9.Motor is provided with an over-loading protection device and aprotection system linked with power to guarantee safety.

10.It is featured in electricity-saving,energy-saving and excellent crushing effect.Rollers are fixed on its bottom to provided convenient moving. It is small in size and occupies less space.
