How Does it work:

Slurry suction zone: when working, the filter plate submerged in the slurry forms a layer of filter cake on its surface under vacuum pressure in the role of the capillary action. The filtrate goes through filter plate into the distribution valve and the drain pipe

Washing zone: When the cake rolls out the slurry, the filter cake is spray washed. Drying zone: the filter cake continues to dehydrate under the action of high vacuum force. Discharge zone: Scraper automatically unloads under the condition of no vacuum, Backwashing zone: Industrial water or filtrate goes through the distribution valve into the ceramic plate from the inside out for cleaning and washes the clogged pores. After a cycle use of the ceramics plate, it is cleaned by mixing ultrasonic wave with low concentration acid to keep its efficient use.
