We have optimized the design of ice flaker units to ensure that SNOWKEY internally-scraping ice flaker units can function constantly without wasting energy. We have also adopted a special kind of alloy material and patent processing technology to ensure efficient heat conductivity. The freezing surface of the ice produced by SNOWKEY ice machines is over 1750 m2/ton. Compared with other brands of units, SNOWKEY ice flakers can product more ice when the same compressor is used.

All our equipments are designed on the basis of modules, so its spot maintenance is quite simple. Once some of its parts need replacing, it is easy for you to remove the old parts and install the new ones. Moreover while designing our equipment, we always take into full account how to convenience future moves to other construction sites.

FIP standard configuration

1 Outside is standard white 20/40 feet new container

3 Refrigerating compressor unit is semi-hermetic screw or piston compressor

4 Evaporative condenser with double speed fan

5 Flake ice evaporator with water tank and pump

6 Necessary oil cooling system and oil return system

7 Necessary refrigeration system control and protect components and refrigeration pipeline connection

8 The interface with the ice storage for operation and alarm signal connection

9 Electrical control components and electric box for automatic control

10 Factory tested.
