37KW Vacuum Recovery Machine for Steel Shots Grits Recycle

 XDL-VR-37 electrical vacuum shots suction machine is mainly used to remove steel shots/grits, dust from ship body sections, tanks after blasting.

The vacuum shots recovery system includes shots suction barrel, vacuum shots recovery machine, vacuum hose and compressed air pipeline and so on.

The shots suction barrel is placed near the pit which is convenient for shots recycle and reduce labor intensity for workers. The vacuum shots suction machine absorbs the steel shots/grits and collects them in shots suction barrel. The level indicator will control the valve open and shut to discharge steel shots/grits to pit.

The vacuum shots recovery machine is a vacuum delivery equipment which is used to clean steel shots/grits in dead places of workpieces. It adopts pneumatic delivery principle and the steel shots/grits will be sucked from suction nozzle and via vacuum hose to shots suction barrel. The air mixture will go through cyclone type separator, dust collector and silencer then discharge. The steel shots in shots suction barrel will be discharged to pit by level indicator. The dust will be stored in the bottom of dust collector and clean periodically.
