Casting Industry
This machine is a new machine developed by our company who refers to similar advanced machine from oversea company. It is an idea equipment for resin sand and water glass sand regeneration.
This series machines have two types: single arm and double arms. It is made of mixing system, hydraulic system, electrical system and so on. The resin sand and hardening agent are added into sand mixing barrel together. The barrel will mix the sand at the rotating speed of 1000 r/min. The hydraulic system is comprised of constant flow low pressure gear pump, variable diaphragm pump, control valve, pipes. The electrical control system is PLC no contact control.
