What is WPC material?

WPC is a short of Wood-Plastic Composite, it is a environmental, Eco-friendly, waterproof and long life span material. Our product is consist of 30% PVC/PE+60% Wood fiber+10% Addictive.

Component:

30% PE or PVC

60% wood fiber (Professionally treated dry wood fiber)

10% chemical additives. (Wood texture strong, resistant to abrasion, impact resistance,                                 

high-density, waterproof,  moisture-proof, anti-termite, easy installation.etc.)

Main features:

Advantages:

kangyijia WPC is totally maintenance free and there is no painting, preserving or oiling required, 

WPC product can be cleaned if required with a cloth, a brush or with a light power washing.

Kangyijia WPC will not splinter, a major advantage if you have small children running around on your decking!

WPC does not warp, crack, or twist, WPC is resistant to decay by insect attack, 

fungi or other disease which cause common problem for standard wood material.

The environmental advantages speak for them selves with the use of saw dust, 

timber fillings and recycled plastics to make WPC, so WPC is really recyclable product.

There is no requirement to use wood preservatives every year, and all the other issues 

surrounding arsenic and other heavy metals in pressure-treated wood are avoided.

The cost benefit advantage: Although WPC is initially more expensive than the 

timber equivalent, WPC is maintenance free, it is estimated that your typical timber

material will cost 10% of it cost per annual to maintain and will still only have

a life span of 10-15 years, where as our WPC product cost nothing to maintain
