2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China. About 15 minutes away from Baiyun Airport. 

All our clients, from home or abroad are warmly welcome to visit us!

3.Q:Does the lighting equipment have CE/ROHS certificate?

A:Yes, all products passed CE & ROHS and own many Patents Certification.

4.Q:What's the shipping method, delivery time?

A:Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air and by Express. 

By sea:20-30days; By air:4-7days; By express:3-6days. On time delivery!

5.Q:What's the Payment method?

A:T/T or Western Union. 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. 

6.Q:How to place an order?

A:Please kindly send us you order by email or Fax,we will confirm the Contract(Invoice) with you. 

We wish to know the below:Delivery information(company name,details address,phone/fax number,destination,transportation way),Product information(item number,size,quantity,logo),etc.

7.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? 

A:1)All of our products have proceeded full test with very strict quality control system before shipment. 

2)All the products are inspected before shipment. If any problems happen,do not hesitate to contact us, we promise to solve for clients with good service within 48 hours!

8.Q:What’s the warranty and accessories providing?

A: We have 2 years warranty(Except for Bulb) and 3% free accessories based on order quantity.
