Tension Tester

The tester, adopting “platinum ring method”, tests various liquid interface tension(interface between liquid and air) and also that between mineral oil and water(interface between liquid and liquid) by means of automatic control of internal microcomputer under circumstances of nonequilibrium. Testing only requires pouring liquids into sample cup and then pressing “start” button. Then tester can finish total test and calculate tension value automatically according to concrete input parameters.

2. Automatic temperature compensation within 25℃ eliminate the influence temperature imposes on tension value.
3. Functions of auto correction, auto testing, calculation, results displaying, and storage under power off circumstance.

5. Automatic lift of the lift platform ensures a steady environment as well as high accuracy.
6. Tester adopts enclosed magnetic pot type sensor and multi-point calibration of uniform space technology, which improves the repeatability and reproducibility of testing results.
7. Tester can work independently and can also realize network management via connection with laptops or microcomputers through USB interface.
8. Tester program can be updated accordingly if related national standard revised.
