Product Description

With Vacuum Pump and Roots Pump, Moisture Less than 3 PPM, Dielectric Oil Switchgear Oil Purifier

Application
Series ZYD Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Systems is used for transformer oil dehydration and transformer oil degasification as well as other electrical insulating liquids such as silicone fluids. ZYD process is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength, including the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and other particulate matter. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers). Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as an independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Features
1.ZYD can evacuate the vacuum for the electric equipments separately, such as the transformer. Also it can be used to dry electric equipment and input the oil into the electric equipment under vacuum state.

2.This machine has two vacuum pumps (one is the vacuum pump, other one is the roots pump), which can highly improve working value and making sure the water content of the processed oil is less than 3 ppm.

3. The machine adopts double-infrared liquid automatic controller and pressure automatic-protector, which can make sure the machine works online for 150 hours continuously without person, so it is a reliable and high automatically machine.

4. Apart from the common vacuum oil purifier’s function of dehydration, degassing, and impurity removing, this machine can regenerate seriously bad oil by separating the electric-polarity materials, such as deeply oxides and free carbon from the oil effectively. The processed oil can reach the specifications of the new oil, such as the oil dielectric strength, flash point, acid value and oxidation resisting etc.

5 It has multi-stage precise filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.

6.It has efficient electric heating system with uniform heating and less power consumption, which is safe and reliable.

7.It adopts interlocked protective system, connecting oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, which can avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, the machine can cut power off automatically.

8. It has functions of live line work onsite, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Compared with single stage transformer oil purifier, Series ZYD oil purifier can increase the effectiveness more than three times higher, more quickly and completely in dehydration, degassing.
