Our service after sales

 1) Installation and commissioning

Machine to be installed and commissioned by our technicians

The seller will send our engineer to install the machine accordingly if the buyer need

The buyer has to pay the salary US$100 per day, and the air ticket, accommodation, 

eating and some related fees should be your responsibility

 2) Guarantee

Except the wearing parts, 

12 months guarantee for machine and 6 months 

guarantee for electric appliance after shipment. 

During guarantee time, if the parts were broken caused by the product problem, 

seller will offer the parts by free. 

If the parts were broken caused by the mishandling by buyer,

 buyer needs to buy the parts from seller.

1.Are you a factory or trading company?

A:we are a manufacturer,also we have a trading department to help us to export .we have a good ability to make customs clearance and to export international machines process.

2.Q: How to prove your products are of high quality?

A: Our Inspection Department is in charge of the supervision of the whole producing process. 

We also accept any third party inspection, and our products passed the SGS, CE, ISO certifications. 

3.Q: Can you provide invitation letter for me if I want to visit your factory?

A: Sure, you can offer us your company information, visit people’s information, visit time, etc., and when we will submit them to our local government for the application.
