The machine is use for cold-heading of screw,bolt and rivet .Form round head cup-head countersunk head and cup-contersunk.Head made of steel wire or rod.
Features of cold-heading Machine
1, crank shaft connected to the body, impact of connecting rod are connected by high wear-resistant alloy copper tile, large loading, long service life, low maintenance cost.
2, the body USES to add 500 cast ductile iron alloy, high tensile strength, good abrasion resistance.
3, adopting secondary gear transmission system, high transmission efficiency, transmission torque.
4, equipped with pneumatic clutch brake, reduce energy consumption of electric power.
5, blanking system driven by plate cutter rod, guide reciprocating motion, to cut off the power line transmission, strong stability and good dynamic balance.
6, pinch clamp system can turn 180 degrees or pan. Arrange for molding process.
7, equipped with variable frequency speed regulating device, can be infinitely adjustable-speed within a certain scope.
8, equipped with fault detector and safety protection devices, automatic stop when equipment failure, to give maximum protection equipment and dies.
9, send container install thrust devices, improve the feeding accuracy.
