Final production

Application:

1.Make rubber powder or rubber granules  with tire crusher, steel wire separator, and rubber powder grinding machine.

2.As the waste tire preprocess part of tire recycle refining oil with waste tire crusher.

3.Make reclaimed rubber or rubber products with waste tire recycle crusher machine and reclaimed rubber machines.

4.The Rubber content of tire top rubber is SBR, which can be used to make high quality reclaimed; the content of the tire sidewall is BR, just can be used to make normal quality recliaimed rubber.

Operating principle:

The pneumatic linear actuator hold up the whole waste tire and use expansion claw to fix it, electrical motor drives tire run through the coupling, operating and controlling cutter flex to cut off anyone  sidewall of  waste tire.

The body of cutter is made of superior quality alloy steel and blade is high hardness wear resistance alloy welding rod, which make the cutter can be repaired and grinded repeatly.
