Waste Tire Recycling To Crumb Rubber Plant

 Eco-friendly automatic waste tire recycling plant (for crumb rubber production), it has following outstanding advantages:

1. Tire Bead Cutter

Cut the tire bead from whole tire.

2. Ring Wire Separator

Separate the steel wire from tire bead completely and maintain the original shape.

3. Rubber Block Cutting Machine

Cut the whole tire into 50X50 MM rubber block.

4. Rubber Crusher

Crush the 50X50 MM rubber block to 6-12 MM rubber granule and separate the steel wire at the same time.

5. Rubber Fine Crusher

Crush the 6-12 MM rubber granule to 1-3 MM Crumb Rubber.

6. Crumb Rubber Grinding Machine

Grind the 1-3 MM Crumb Rubber to 30-80 Mesh Crumb Rubber.
