With the sliver discharging speed reaching 250m/min, and the front ratch being 39-63mm. FBL415 chain Gilling Machine,Gill Box,Spinning Machine is especially applicable to large batch wool fore-spinning process and are used for the pure spinning and spinning of low,medium and high-count imitation wool and fiber.
Equipped with frequency converter,PLC,touch screen,automatic contuoller,etc,and convenient to operate and maintain.
Application of FB/FBL series in the technical process of wool fore-spinning:
FB/FBL415(Sliver mixing with wool oil)→FB/FBL426(First step gill box) →FB/FBL435(Second step gill box) →FB/FBL445(third pass)→FB473(Roving frame)→Spinning frame (for spinning low,medium count yarn).
