1. Machine Introduction

CDH-V-7L adopts PLC computer programming technology, variable frequency speed control, human-machine interface operating system; CVT transmission ratio before and after to match base papers with different tension so that  the uniformity of finished appearance has been improved.

2. Functions and Features

A. Configuration Pneumatic embossing unit steel to steel, pneumatic separator

B. Back pressure on the use of parent roll loading, non-polar ratio adjustment, adjusting the tension of base paper.

C. The use of Roots vacuum adsorption system, great inspiratory capacity and stable operation.

D. Automatic shutdown system when paper break, to avoid waste generated from no paper or breaking paper.

E. The use of traction before and after the switch to pull the parent roll, operation is more simple and more secure.
