1.    Material:hight quality cold rolled steel sheet prepare for cutting.

2.     NC Cutting: Raw material are cut by the high-accuracy machines.

3.     Punching: The CNC machine tools and other machine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realize the  standard and flow production, which assure the production efficiency and quality and convenience in application

4.     Bending: Skilled manpower and advanced facilities make sure the clear production lines and perfect appearance.

5.     Spot welding: Weld with CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding, then slag removing and polishing.

Coating: All the sheet material parts will go through the treatments of water cleaning, acid-washing, phosphating etc. The importing automatic spray facilities and top-quality powder promise the coating to be flat and smooth, non-toxic and no smell

1. Q: Are you factory or just trading company?

    We are factory for lab furniture, fume hood, fittings and some accessories since 2010.Product manufacturing is not only our business line, we do lab design and lab renovation too. As customers’ require, we could provide installment service for the product while all the cost for installing including the round –trip fare are borne by customers.

2. Q: How do you ensure the quality?

    We get three-step QC processes: 1.For raw materials 2.During the assembling of product 3.Final QC before delivery.

3. Q: Where is your factory, what is your production capability?

    We are located in Shenzhen,China. Now there are 20 workers worked in around 10000 square meters.  

4. Q: What about your delivery time and packing?

    Normally, we could deilvery the products in 20days~25days for 1x40HQ container. 

     Packing:1PCS/CTN, 5ply standard export carton, seal with scotch tape.  PE foam between piece and piece.Strong packing will protect the goods from any possible damage during transit.
