***How to get a price list from us?

Please send us the item No you need by email ,talk tool or telephone, we will quote the price for you. If you need more products, please let`s know the series you need , we will send the price sheet asap. There will be containing the price, size, color, weight of acrylic beads, bead garland, flower garland or beaded jewelry accessories etc.

***How can I get the samples for free?

If you want to check the quality of the beads, garland or jewelry, we can supply some samples for free (several beads or few meters bead garland), but you need to charge the freight. If you have a DHL account or other courier express will be OK.

Also we accept the sample order. If your first order can`t come to our MOQ, it still welcome. We will try our best service for you.

For the sample, you can pay by the PayPal,Western Unionor T/T are available.

***How to place the order?

After you confirm the beads, garland or jewelry you need, please send us by Email to tell us which item No is you need. Then we will make a proforma invoice to you asap. There will be contain the delivery time, payment item and total amount you need to pay.

Also please don`t forget to tell us the shipping information of yours: company name, address, phone No, airport or seaport. And the products you need : item No, quantity , color and size etc

***Which payment term we accept for the orders?

T/T of bank ,Western Unionare available. If your order up to 3000 USD, you don`t need to pay all amount before arrange production , 30% as deposit , and 70% balance before shipping. We will take photos to you for confirm after all the goods is done.

***How to ship to the address if order the beads ,jewelry or garland?

There have three ways for choose: by courier express like DHL, Fedex, UPS etc , by sea , by air.

By the courier express:    

We can get a good discount from the DHL,UPS or other courier, if you need the goods urgently ,this way will be quickly and safe. They can send to your address directly. You just need to waiting. The delivery time is about 5-7 days.

By the air:

They charge also as the weight, a little cheaper than express company. The time will be about 4-7 days to the airport which nearest your place. You should to do the customs clearance and collect the goods by yourself.

By the sea:

If your time is enough and the goods is heavy weight, we suggest you use this shipping way. They charge by the CBM, 1CBM only about 30-200USD for the different zone. But the shipping time is long; normal will be about 30 days to your seaport. Also you need to do the customs clearance and collect the goods by yourself.
