3. Warranty: Up to 12 months for replacement. During warranty period, customer will enjoy necessarily replacement due to any quality problem. But any men-made or  inappropriate conduct damage will be excluded.

We can provide a complete user manual and usage instruction if your customer don’t know how to use. So that you can sell out easy.   

4.About sample :

We can arrange the sample for you ,but you need to pay for the sample and freight ,sample fee we will refund to you after you place the order .

5. About Shipping & Freight:

For more options of our customers, we usually provide Exw price, which factory price without shipping. But if you need, we can provide door to door express, like DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, etc with prepay freight cost or collective account. Customer also can let your shipping agent to contact us, and we will do our best to cooperate with them.
