4.About sample :

We can arrange the sample for you ,but you need to pay for the sample and freight ,sample fee we will refund to you after you place the order .

5. About Shipping & Freight:

For more options of our customers, we usually provide Exw price, which factory price without shipping. But if you need, we can provide door to door express, like DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, etc with prepay freight cost or collective account. Customer also can let your shipping agent to contact us, and we will do our best to cooperate with them.

6. About Customization:

If customer have any needs of customization or OEM service, please contact our staff for more information. For appearance change, like Logo, outlook adding, print, language, it would be easy to achieve. For ingredient change,please arrange sample for us .
