Rubber shredder Work Principle

     The breaking roller of the machine whirlsat at high speed by the driving of the main motor through the belts,while the feeding roller whirls at a low speed of the cycloidal gear reducer through chains.The feeding roller presses the rubber sheet in the gap between the breaking roller the fixed blade ,then the breaking roller breaks the rubber sheet into small rubber granules with high speed rotary

    It is one of the main  granulating machines in natural rubber prodution line and crumb rubber production line.

    Coagulated latex or cuo lump is dewatered and pressed by creper to be rubber sheet for the shredder .Afterwards the shredder breaks the rubber sheer into rubber pieces for drying .
