It adopts 6 rams designs in worktable,20% rigidity more than normal design in worktable.
Wide base + Wide range guiderail, High rigidity machine needs strong base supporting.
Nitrogen Balance, It is more stable when Datan CNC adopts the new Nitrogen Weight Balance system.

the main machine components(machine bed ,sliding saddle ,worktable) adopted the structure of thermal symmetry and thin-walled main stock with multi-layer ribs. arch shape column with high rigidity goes through optimized treatment by finite element analysis to guarantee the best rigidity.
the adoption of C3 grade precise ball screws and the use of special bearing on the ball screw with pre-pull treatment as well as laser detective compensation have ensured the rigidity and precision.
The main base parts of machine are made from high-grade ,high quality gray casting iron with aging treatment, the guide rails with high-frequency quenching treatment and delicate grinding ,covered with low frictional coefficient TURCITE-B and dealt with delicate scraping ,having effectively improved motional quality of machine and necessary touching rigidity for cutting.
