Winter Mattress Adhesive
Application	806W is designed for mattress, nonwoven composite,paper packaging,ect.
Feature	Melting speed, good fluidity, strong cohesion, good cold resistance and good anti aging properties.
Appearance	Yellowish, translucent
Viscosity	1188cps @160°C 1600cps @150°C 2378cps @140°C 3644cps @130°C
Softening point	100±5°C
Usage guidance	1. Suggested operation temperature: 140°C-160°C. 2. Suggested tooling method: hot-melt blade coating or brusher coating systems. 3. Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120°C. Then flush it with the same type adhesive below 170°C.
