Characteristics

    PU-204A/B is a highly effective two-component polyurethane adhesive designed for  insulation boards.

Properties

² Good liquidity and 50-100% foaming rate.

² Widely used in assembly of ABS foam boards, polystyrene foam board and melamine board.

² Excellent bond strength and thermal resistance.

Technical data

Operation recommendations

² The surface of the bond matrix should be clean and dry, without grease.

² Working temperature should be in 15℃-35℃.

² Brush besmear or roll besmear by hand.

Storage

    Sealed storage in dry and cool places with temperature in 10℃-30℃.

Precaution

    Please keep the container sealed after using.    

    Do not blend with other adhesives.
