Custom made aluminum heat exchanger for loaders

The wheel loader radiator is mainly used for the cooling of the loader's power system. Copper or aluminum is used as the raw material of this product, which has good thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance and long service life.

Its structure is tube belt or tube sheet. The cooling tubes with flat circular cross section and corrugated radiating belts ensure a maximum radiating surface.

In this way, the heat exchange between coolant, air and cooling fin is fully ensured. Products with different rows of radiating tubes have different sizes.
