Application: making spiral steel silo 

Working process:through the 5 forming procedures and 5 kind of steel strip forming merge suturing machine steel strip(thickness:2-4mm;395mm)will be merged forcedly and suture spirally to make cylinder with 4-50m of different diameters.

These steel cylinders are used widely:

1. Meterial shape (storage):granular material, powder material, liquid material

2. Industry: grain, feedbrewing, oil, medicine, food, cement,water treatment

1. Rx4.0m/m steel strip forming merging and suturing machine units is a new type of machine in our company. It is used to produce the Circular Metallic Container, developed from LIPP-SM40 forming machine, improved and holding the same function of LIPP-SM40 forming machine.

This units is produced by the Hi-strength Alloy steel, making the operating life longer.
