Plastic Bottle Recycling Machine/plastic pet bottle shredder

The Plastic Bottle Recycling Machine/plastic pet bottle shredder is used for crushing, cleaning, separation of bottle cap and label, depriving of impurity and glue material, and drying for bottle plates. Then those discarded PET bottle will become reusing PET materials. We have several different standard plastic bottles recycling machinery according to different production capacity and requirement for cleaning. Clients can choose the most suitable bottle recycling machine for them to produce high quality material which can be used for selling, drawing filament, producing PET particles or blowing mold bottles. The Plastic recycling machinery unit has a capacity of 300-2000kg/h.

Major machinery:

Crusher: Crushing the plastic bottle into PET flakes

Rinsing Pond: cleaning the PET flakes with a higher density than water, depriving the substances with a lower density than water such as the labels mixed within the plastic pieces.

Vertical dryer: dewatering after cleaning plastic plates, because of using center-hollow shaft and top opening, this machine has a very high drying efficiency(water content percentage≤2.5%). The shaft of this machine is also using water-proof design, can keep working steadily for a long time.

Pond for dissection and precipitation: cleaning of materials with a lower density than water, and dissection of impurities such as soil.

Prewashing machine: conducting pretreatment such as removing the sand, metal and other impunities, maximizing the potential damage to the recycling machine.

l  3E holds a adequately inventory of spare parts and their efficient service personnel will ensure that any required part will be dispatched without delay. Delivery of the spare parts may be by air, sea or courier depending on the urgency of the situation. Customers are encouraged to hold their own critical spare parts such as granulator blades and screens to ensure optimal machine condition and performance.
