110 KW Dust Control High Pressure Water Spray Pump Station
1. Brief Introduction:
It is mainly used for the shearer dust source tracking automatic spraying device and Shearer outside pressure ejector water spray devices provide high-pressure dust, can also be used for other needs of high-pressure water underground places.
2. How to work:
Our water spray pump station is used with different kinds of big, medium and small shearer and road header; it is mainly used to supply high pressure spray water for fully-mechanized working surface. To cool the pick of road header , improve its service life,meanwhile the spray formed can decrease the coal dust in the air and improve working conditions.
3. Structure:
The pump consists of a spray pump and a water tank. The hydraulic system of the pump consists of spray pump, pilot operated unloading relief valve, accumulator, pressure gauge, safety valve, water tank etc.
