RHZKF6.8/30-2 Firefighting Positive Pressure Air Breathing Apparatus
with Double Cylinders He-rescued Type
This RHZKF6.8 30 breathing respirator is he-rescued type positive pressure breathing apparatus for firefighting.It is strictly produced according to the standard GAl24-2004 and GB16556-2007.It has two full face masks for two person’s use,the fighter,emergency rescuer and the one who are rescued. The carbon fiber composite cylinder is small size and light to carry.The back strap is designed according to the human physiological back curve.It is light,tough and comfortable.

Carbon Fiber Winding Composite Cylinder with Aluminum Tank
1. 50% Lighter than the same volume of steel cylinders, easy for operation;
2.Four layer composite structure design;
3. Composite cylinders is not conductive, and neutralizing under the condition of erosion and corrosion;
4. Cylinder valves are built-in safety diaphragm, avoiding high pressure cylinder bottle bursting;5. Having good elasticity and softness of the silicon pad holder, effectively protecting the cylinder knock against falling;
Decompressor Assembly
1. The output pressure is stable, the air pressure after decompression is only about 0.7MPa in the middle and low pressure, with a medium pressure relief valve, pressure reducer failure can also be safe pressure relief。
2. High pressure pipe design combined with pre alarm system, when the pressure in the bottle is less than 5Mpa, the alarm is automatically alarm with alarm db not less than 90dB, ensuring the alarm being heard clearly in the relatively noisy working environment
Back Strap Group
1. The back board selects the tough and light material, lightening the work load;
2. Widen the left and right shoulder straps, making shoulders be stressed evenly；
3. Waistband can be adjustable and widened, giving support to the waist;
4. The gas cylinder fixing belt is firm and reliable, ensuring the safety
Installation Steps:
1. Flat place the back strap group, aligning the cylinder valve to the pressure relief valve, screw clockwise and make it fastened
2. Press the mask button bayonet to make the air supply valve tightly connected with the mask;
3. Connect the end of the middle pressure pipe and gas supply valve, and check whether the connection is tight
Wearing Steps:
1. Back up the assembly of complete air respirator, and adjust the strap length to the appropriate position;
2. Close the bayonet belt, adjust the belt length to the appropriate position with the mask, adjust the tightness to face mask and caps, open the gas cylinder switch valve and turn over three times in a counter clockwise direction; take a deep breath and breathe into the working area
Disassembly Steps:
1. Turn the cylinder switch valve clockwise until it is fully closed;
2. Press and hold the bottom of the air supply valve to discharge the residual air in the gas supply valve
