Product Description
Plate Vertical Lifting Clamp
1. Using for lifting steel plate vertically
2. Made of low carbon alloy of high quality
3. Single clamp or two clamps must work together in operation
4. Only one steel plate is allowed to be lifting at one time and lifing of multi-layered steel plate is forbidden, the lifted objects can not be collided in operation process
5. The locking handle must be pulled up to tighten the spring and the locking handle is pulled down when unloading, the clamp and the plate can only be separated when the spring is loosened
6. The proof load is 2 times the weight of the working load limit
7. No overloading

Safety Notice:
1.The lifting clamps are suitable for lifting and transporting of steel plates with a maximum hardness of 37HrC (345HB, 1166N/mm²)
2.The lifting clamps are suitable for usage in normal atmospheric conditions, between-40℃ to 100 ℃.
3.Never overload a clamp and prevent the jerking of loads.
4.When loading always use the whole jaw depth.
5.Never lift more than one plate at the same time.
6.Always keep your distance during lifting and descending of a load.
7.Any welding to the clamp is forbidden, this can influence the hardness and toughness of the clamp.
