1. Brief Introduction
Explosion proof mining transformer applicable in containing methane gas and coal dust mixed, and there is the risk of explosion in coal mine, as mine under the comprehensive mechanization of mining equipment distribution equipment
In mining, the power source usually is 127 V, 660 V, 1140 V, 3300 V. 127 V is for illumination, control power supply. 660 V, 1140 V, 3300 V are for big size machine. But illumination common power source is 110 V, 220 V, 240 V. Therefore, the dry type transformer is neccessary.
2. Product Features
It is composed of three parts: high voltage distribution switch, minining explosion mobile transformation station, intelligent low-voltage protection box. It is explosion proof, quite safety.
3. Comparison
Compared with oil immersed transformer, the dry type transormer unique features are 100% flame proof, no pollute (no oil leakage risk), easy to maintain (less external devices). It is suitable for mining environment.
