2.Has the special structure, good for high tensile plate and the compound plate.

1). The top cross beams are independent, each top working rollers are installed on the independent crossbeams, so that each roller position can be adjusted individually.

2). Two master motors drive the bottom rollers. We divide the bottom rollers into two groups and two motors drive the bottom rollers, each group of rollers are driven by one set of motor and reduction box. So that reduce friction between each groups rollers.

3). Each top roller is installed with a axis outfit motor reducer, and each top roller rotating speed can be consistent with the contact part of the plate, so that eliminate the sliding friction between the rollers and the plate.

4).Backup rollers:

The top and bottom working rollers are all equipped with the backup rollers. So that reduced the deflection deformation.

5).Nanjing Churchill cubage electric centralized grease lubrication system is adopted for the machine. There is the alarm device on the operation penal if the oil way or the oil sites are blocked.The immersion type lubrication is adopted for the speed reducer and the transfer case .

6). The system is Siemens PLC centralized control, main elements of the system are Siemens or Schneider, the main control station is constant and the touch screen is used as displayer.

7).The scram buttons and the photoelectric induction switches are installed on the uprights, the working rollers will be stopped automatically if someone enter the dangerous zone.

8). The safety protection such as the short-circuit protection, power leakage protection, the overload protection, power failure protection can be realized on the machine.
