• ensure a clean machine and the surrounding environment.
• Clear the product material inside the hopper, the sensor back to zero.
• Check whether all lubricating points of lubricating oil, enough gas circuit system of oil mist, detector should maintain enough oil.
• Check whether there is any overheating on the motor, electric appliance, abnormal noise, the instrument is normal, the signal system are in good condition.
• Regularly check and adjust the cylinder, solenoid valve and butterfly valve
• Check the system, such as ash, gas leakage, oil leakage and the leakage phenomenon should be handled in a timely manner.
•  Mixer and the hopper should be cleaned once every four hours, in order to avoid residual concrete consolidation, interfere with the normal operation
• Each load should be put off air compressor; air tank and filter, such as internal water, and eliminate the faults in the operation.
• Butterfly valve, mixer, electromagnetic valve, air filter, oil mist device in accordance with the relevant specifications.
